Anthony R. Chase, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Anthony Chase is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of ChaseSource, L.P. and ChaseSource Real Estate Services, L.P. ChaseSource provides staffing & recruiting services to large companies. Until recently, he was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of ChaseCom, L.P. until sold in December 2007 to AT&T Corporation. ChaseCom was consistently ranked one of the United States largest minority owned companies. Mr. Chase is a tenured professor of law at the University of Houston Law Center, where he began teaching in 1990, and was subsequently awarded tenure in 1996. Mr. Chase was an honors graduate of Harvard College, received a law degree from Harvard Law School, and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Mr. Chase is also a member of the American Bar Association and the State Bar of Texas. Mr. Chase is Chairman of the Houston Zoo Development Board, Lead Director of the Cornell Companies (NYSE), Director, Texas Medical Center, Director, Northern Trust Bank of Texas, member of the Council on Foreign Relations, and an Eagle Scout. Mr. Chase has received numerous awards in recognition of his accomplishments including Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year, Rainbow Push Coalitions Lamont Godwin National Award, University of Houston's Edith Baker Faculty Award and Bank of America's Pinnacle Award.

C. Ted Long, President

Ted serves as President of ChaseSource L.P., a minority owned Human Capital Solutions Company providing direct hire, temp to hire, flexible staffing and HR consulting services. Ted has over 27 years experience in the staffing industry and has held senior level positions with four national companies. His experience includes building a franchise division for a national staffing company, tripling the revenues of an industrial staffing company in 5 years and building a team to manage the contingent workforce spend for one of the largest Fortune 500 companies in the country. Among Ted's responsibilities are business development, client relationships, service delivery and overall financial performance of the company. He is continuously seeking new ways to exceed the client's expectations as well as provide an environment that promotes success with all ChaseSource employees.

Annette B. Miller, Director of Recruiting

Annette Miller possesses more than 18 years of business management experience in marketing, advertising, sales and client satisfaction. Annette's previous experience includes Garden Ridge and the Mattress Firm where she was instrumental in training, recruitment and sales management with a particular focus on maximizing performance while building team spirit and achieving organizational goals. Her expertise includes developing processes for hiring and developing peak performers and building and maintaining highly effective teams. Her responsibilities at ChaseSource are client development, customize the recruiting process to meet the client's needs and monitor satisfaction to ensure that we are exceeding expectations.
